    Everytime I try to log in it says the log in has been exceeded I must try again in 10 mins. This has been happening for the past 3/4 weeks

    Good day, please i tried making a withdrawal to my card since 8th July, 2020 and till now funds haven’t reflected in my local bank account.     Please help me with a ETA on my new account. I closed my old account and want to open a new one. The system did say they will block my account for 30days, but I do not know how long I must still wait. Can you maybe tell me the waiting time or if so speed up the process so that I can open my new account with IQ.
