I deposited $10 on 24/07/2020 and it has been a week since and the same is not reflected in my account. I have raised the complaint via email and there is no response.
I try to log in in the app, but than appears : This account is blocked, why and how cannI log in.
Its not good idea just close account… If you close account you have to be sure that you don’t want use it anymore… If you decide open account again you have to follow the terms and conditions of the IqOption broker.

to receive money to bank card can take some time… if you didn’t receive money yet please ask IQ Option to provide you with ARN number… with ARN number you have to go to the your Bank and show them ARN number to be able find transaction.
If you request withdraw to the bank card in this case money was sent like a refund… To find money you have to ask Iq Iption for ARN number. You have to provide Bank with ARN number to be able find this transaction in the bank.
if you made request to send money to your bank card in this way it can take from 1day up to 2 weeks… So if you can find money on your bank card you need ask Iq Option support for ARN number and with this ARN number you have to go to the Bank and provide them with amount and ARN number… Please be sure that you use withdrawal to Bank Card

It credit to my card on 18
Then because I have tried to deposit it again the system deducted it on July 22.
I have called the support the operator told me that should I wait to 3 working days to solve the problem
Is it normal to wait 3 days for a system bug
And lose my time and money all of these time !!
